The Navigators are a summer swim team competing in the RASL Swim League. We train and race at the outdoor pool at the Orion Recreational Center, located at 3800 S. Baldwin Rd in Lake Orion, Michigan.

The Navigators are made up of five teams — Erie, Ontario, Huron, Michigan, and Superior — each designed to meet swimmers where they are. Erie welcomes those just getting started, while Michigan and Superior are built for accomplished, experienced competitors. No matter your level, there's a place for you with the Navigators.

RASL competition is open to swimmers ages 6 through 18, with age groups competing at 6 & Under, 7-8, 9-10, 11-12, 13-14, and 15-18.

Our summer goal is for each swimmer to improve, have fun, and be a great teammate. Practices are organized to obtain optimal results for every swimmer on the team — regardless of experience or ability.

The 2026 season runs from late May through July 18-19, with swimmers competing in up to four dual meets throughout the summer before coming together for the championship meet to close out the season. It needs to be noted that to qualify for the championship meet, a swimmer must compete in at least one dual meet.
